Buttercream & Icings
Swiss Meringue Buttercream is our standard Buttercream and served on our tasting cakes and most cakes using Butter not shortening. This buttercream gives a rustic organic look and is delicious under fondant.
Additional buttercream icings flavors are available for orders: Swiss Meringue Buttercream may be flavored. Chocolate buttercream (dark, milk and white), Chocolate Ganache, and Cream Cheese* (*not available for outdoor or hot weather or under fondant).
Fondant provides a simple smooth satin finish. White, Dark Chocolate, Marshmallow and Vanilla Fondant. Other flavors are available.

Complimentary Wedding Cake Tasting/Design Session
With postcard and/or email from Bridal Shows and must be presented at the time of your tasting.
To Go Tastings are available on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s by Appointment only and is followed up with a scheduled Zoom meeting to go over design and pricing. You may select three cake flavor and filling choices from our menu and email your selections. A $35 fee is charged at the time of your tasting and is non-refundable. To book your wedding cake a $100 deposit is placed after your zoom consultation and includes your tasting fee. The deposit is applied towards your wedding cake purchase and is good for one year. It is non-refundable should you cancel for unknown reasons. Your wedding cake is not secured until you have placed your deposit. Final payments are due three weeks before your wedding.
